STERLING REFERRALS
Most of our business comes from referrals. The Sterling Referral Bonus is our way of saying thank you. Simply refer a candidate with whom we are not currently working. A full-time candidate referral must work a full 90 days in a Sterling Legal Search position, at which point you may be eligible to receive up to $100 per hire. For a temporary candidate referral, a $25 referral bonus is possible after the candidate performs 50 hours on a Sterling temporary assignment.
